We really hope you love your purchase, however; if for any reason it is faulty or not suitable then we do have have a 30 day return/refund policy. This means you can return your item Free of Charge for a full refund (less the original P&P) within 30 days of you receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@starburstinteriors.co.uk We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will send a replacement if the product is still available, alternatively we will refund the cost of the product (less the original postage & packaging cost)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Email us at info@starburstinteriors.co.uk. Include the reason for the exchange, we will then do our utmost to fulfill your request as soon as possible, however; this will depend on stock levels.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that some banks and credit card companies can take a few days to process the refund into your account once we have processed it on our site.
