How long does Delivery Take? We dispatch all orders on the same day if the order is placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Can I track my order? Yes, we use Royal Mail Tracked for all our deliveries. As soon as we dispatch your order you will receive confirmation which also includes your personal tracking number

What Payment Methods are accepted? We accept all major debit and credit cards including Amex. We also accept Paypal and secure online payment methods available at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item? Yes you can. We have a 30 day refund/return policy. If you receive an item that you wish to return or exchange then simply email us at info@starburstinteriors.co.uk and we can assist you with this. Full details and conditions can be found in our refund policy.

Are your products good quality? We carefully select our products to ensure high quality, durability and stylish designs. Each item is chosen to help you create a beautiful home that lasts.

Do you restock sold-out items? Some popular items will be restocked as long as we can source them. You can check back later or contact us to find out if it will be available again.
