Blog Post - Our Emily Smith Collection

Emily Smith Collection

When I first started Starburst Interiors I wanted to ensure that the products I sell were of a high quality as I believe you deserve nothing less. Whilst researching a lot of products and companies, I stumbled across Emily Smith on one of the wholesale websites and instantly fell in love with her products and designs.

I liked that Emily is UK based as I feel it is important to support businesses in our country and local areas. I fell in love with the designs and selection of products Emily produces. I started by purchasing the Fine Bone China Mugs in 3 designs, Camilla the Ostrich, Elliott & Georgina the Giraffes, and Flossy & Amber the Flamingos. When they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous size of these mugs and the beautiful quality of these products. They are exceptional and I know you will fall in love with them too!

My aim this year is to grow the number of products in this range. So far we have 4 x mug designs, and 3 x mini chopping board designs. Over the next few months I will be looking to increase the selection, to give you even more choice from this wonderful collection!

So who is Emily Smith I hear you ask? Well she is a UK Designer based in Devon and is also a working mum. The brand started with just Emily herself, creating drawings for her childrens bedrooms. And over time the brand has grown to what it is now. I love how each of her designs have their own unique name which gives them a little personal touch.

My favourite pieces from the collection that we stock so far has to be Camilla the Ostrich Mini Chopping Board. I love the bright, vibrant design that brings a welcome splash of colour to your home. Also the Percy & Penelope Fine Bone China Mug, this is one of our new arrivals and again the colours are so vibrant. These parrots just make me smile. The way they are looking at each other does make me think they are in love! Overall, I hope you love this entire collection as much as I do!
